About the event
The Noisy Waters Mural Festival is produced by Paper Whale, a non-profit dedicated to cultivating community in an evolving program of multi-sensory events. Your donation assures we can keep this going!
Attendees are required to bring their own bicycle and bike helmet and pedal at a leisurely pace for 4 miles.
