Noisy Waters Artist Reception

We proudly welcome you to help us launch the Noisy Waters Mural Festival with a kickoff artist reception.  This short evening will provide an opportunity for you to meet all the Noisy Waters Mural Festival participating artists and production team, along with our wall sponsors and event supporters.   This evening is about YOU,  a chance to kick back and meet fellow inspiring artists, and enjoy a locally sourced Pacific Northwest paella bounty served by one of our favorite local chefs, Mataio Gillis. We'll supply cold local beverages and light beats along with an overview of what to expect in the next few days.  This community is thrilled to receive you!
