About the event

Paper Whale unveils the return of our speaker series—back this winter, bigger and better than ever. This series is generously supported by the Project Neighborly Fund of the Whatcom Community Foundation.

On March 13, we welcome Aaron Asis for a talk on inspiring activation, engagement, and appreciation throughout our cities. The event begins at 7 p.m. with live music from the Mark Hunter jazz trio; after short talks by community members, our keynote presentation, and time for Q&A, stay for the afterparty to mingle with your community and dance to music from Mr. Noodyl.

His large-scale installations and documentary films are exclusively…
