That's a wrap!!! Thank you Bellingham and all of our artists for coming to support the inaugural Noisy Waters Mural Fest. Over 3,000 attendees spent three days enjoying live art!

You can visit the NOISY WATERS collaborative mural on the Waypoint Wall at Granary Avenue as well as the permanent Indigeversal Collective Mural: a 150' long mural featuring artists from 7 tribes across North America.

Over 2,000 votes were tallied to determine this year's winners! The top three have received commissions to paint large murals in central Bellingham! Bid on their works in our online auction.

Why "Noisy Waters"?  The word “Whatcom” is derived from the Lhaq'temish word Xwot'qom, which translates to “noisy water.” This festival aims to make noise in Bellingham by hosting a confluence of vibrant muralists and artists.
